For over two decades, I’ve built and led teams in highly competitive, innovative, and fast-moving industries including big tech and finance, holding senior leadership roles at companies such as Google and Robinhood. My career has been shaped by operating in complex environments where sound judgment, trust, and execution at scale matter.
Along the way, I invested intentionally in my own leadership development, working with an executive coach to sharpen how I show up as a leader—particularly around delegation, influence, and sustainable performance. That experience strengthened my effectiveness, resilience, and ability to lead high-performing organizations while supporting long-term growth, both for myself and those I manage.
Today, I am an ICF-Certified Executive Coach specializing in leadership and career development. I draw on my firsthand experience in senior roles, ongoing professional research, and proven coaching frameworks to support individuals navigating growth, transition, and increased responsibility.
