For over two decades, I’ve built and led teams in highly competitive, innovative, and fast-moving industries including big tech and finance, holding senior leadership roles at companies such as Google and Robinhood. My career has been shaped by operating in complex environments where sound judgment, trust, and execution at scale matter.
Along the way, I realized that high-performance is only half the equation. To truly thrive in fast-moving industries, leadership requires a future-proof strategy—one that balances executive influence with personal values. I invested in my own executive coaching to bridge that gap, learning how to lead high-impact organizations without losing my own sense of self or intention.
