About Kate
For over two decades, I have successfully navigated the complexities of highly competitive, male-dominant industries like big tech and finance at companies including Google and Robinhood, rising quickly into senior leadership positions. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my strategic vision and execution, business acumen, and my ability to build and lead diverse, geographically dispersed, high performing teams - all while authentically staying true to my character and values.
It certainly wasn’t an easy, straightforward journey. Systemic corporate issues aside (and believe me, there were plenty), it was actually through the help of an executive coach that I discovered a few unforeseen roadblocks holding me back from my aspiring leadership goals, namely: perfectionism, lack of self promotion, and poor delegation (for fear of overburdening my team). All of this led to burnout and feelings of overwhelm and frustration. Through partnership with my coach, I was able to address these barriers head on and confidently (and healthily) achieve my lofty career goals.
Witnessing firsthand the challenges that many women face sparked a fire within me. Now, as an ICF Certified Executive Coach specialized in Women's Leadership and Career Development, I draw upon my corporate experience, innovative research, and the collective wisdom of other women leaders to help others overcome obstacles and thrive in their careers. My coaching style is warm and empathetic combined with the ability to ask bold, insightful, and sometimes tough questions, holding my clients accountable and keeping them on track to accomplish their goals.
